Check In and Check Out Times

• Check-in 2.00pm
• Check-out 10.00am

Check-in prior to 2pm will be subject to availability on the day or arrival. A late check-out can be arranged for an additional charge.

Room Policy

Daintree Retreat rooms are ideally suited for 2 Adults.

Maximum Guests Per Rainforest Retreat rooms: 3 Adults (OR 2 Adults & 2 Child, OR 1 Adult & 3 Children).

Families of 5 or more guests will require more than one room

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival shall not be subject to any penalties.  Should a cancellation be received less than 24 hours prior, or should a reservation not be taken up (no-show), a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation will apply.

No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Date of cancellation is the date notice is received in writing by Cape Tribulation Resort.

Children Policy

0 – 3 years – infant – FOC.  $5 for a cot, no charge for a bed
4 – 14 years – charged at the extra person rate $65 rack
